青島海洋科學與技術(shù)國家實驗室主要依托于：中國海洋大學、國家海洋局一海洋研究所、中國科學院海洋研究所、農(nóng)業(yè)部水科院黃海水產(chǎn)研究所、國土資源部青島海洋地質(zhì)研究所等五家單位共建。該地源熱泵中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)項目位于山東省即墨市鰲山衛(wèi)，總建筑面積約為14000平米，其中空調(diào)面積總共9700平方米，占總面積的70%。

該項目采用的地埋管形式的地源熱泵中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)，工程計算冷負荷為880kw，熱負荷總計為700kw。冷負荷的定義是維持室內(nèi)空氣熱濕參數(shù)在一定要求范圍內(nèi)時，在時間單位內(nèi)需要從室內(nèi)出去的熱量，包括顯熱量和潛熱量兩部分。熱負荷的定義為在冬季某一室外溫度下，為達到要求的室內(nèi)溫度，供熱系統(tǒng)在單位時間內(nèi)向建筑物供給的熱量。該實驗室綜合樓項目總計選取了兩臺機組為整個項目供暖制冷。該項目為交鑰匙工程，在項目建造施工完成后，經(jīng)沃富新能源公司調(diào)試試運行后，順利交付甲方。該項目總計地埋空數(shù)量為110孔，采用PE地源熱泵管材雙U行布置，有效孔深為100M。
